the Gluten..

raspberry chocolate muffins

1 3/4 cup of gluten free all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
7 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup milk..to make this vegan friendly add soy milk, or rice milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla  extract
3/4 cups raspberries
preheat oven 350
whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt

in a seperate bowl,whisk remaining ingredients
except the berries..
pour the liquid into the dry mix and stir together,
 add the berries..

spoon the mixture into greased muffin cups, and bake
for 18 minutes, or until u stick a toothpick in and its clean..
let cool, if you can..and enjoy..

  1. Its hard to get away from the gluten, but in lots of cases, its what is making people have those migrains,the upset stomaches or the abdominal craps..
    it can make you feel tired, its worth trying
    but do it for at least 30 days.
    you will be surprised at what the outcome is..
    but remember, its about reading the labels..because as you will find out..gluten and wheat is in everything..like I said before..
    the cheaper brand of teas, spices, and pepper..its everywhere..
